**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with preparation and processing of quotations, purchase orders, and other sales documents
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for project records and submissions
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for smooth documentation flow
- Follow up on submission statuses and ensure timely approvals
- General administrative tasks including data entry, answering calls, and scheduling appointments

**Requirements**:

- SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Familiarity with TNB and NEM submission procedures is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM)
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask effectively

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
