**Job Descriptions**:

- Planning and visualizing concepts, execution of designs/ artwork for marketing and

corporate communications specifically for print with skills of accuracy and attention to
detail.
- Preparing artworks for marketing and rolling out approved concepts to various media,

above and below the line.
- Support the graphics production for the upkeeping of the corporate websites.
- Communicating ideas and suggest creative solutions with internal and external
- stakeholders for marketing and corporate communications.- Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/color codes before
- being sent to print, partners and production team.- Work on multiple briefs and projects at the same time.
- Proficient in working with desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator and

Adobe InDesign, with the ability and desire to stay up-to-date with commercial
design/graphics trends and implement these in daily work.
- Review final promotional materials layout, suggest creative improvements when

necessary and implement feedback/changes when appropriate.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support sales & marketing advertising and

promotions department and other relevant departments/parties when required.
- You shall perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned

by your superior from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Graphics Design or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Indesign/Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Interest and knowledge in Children's products and academic contents.
- Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to detail, Deadline-oriented.
- Technical Capabilities, Organizational & Decision-making skills and abilities to work

under-pressure will be required.

**Required Documents**:

- Updated resume stating qualifications, work experience, current and expected salary

with recent passport-sized photography;
- Transcripts from SPM to current level;
- NRIC photocopy;
- Portfolio link;
- Latest 3 months payslip (if available).
