Job Overview

As a Sales & Marketing Intern at Enerxite, you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to support activities aimed at market growth, brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue generation. This role gives hands-on experience in strategic marketing, customer outreach, and sales processes in a business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) to promote Enerxite’s products/services.
- Support social media management: content scheduling, monitoring, analytics, and community engagement.
- Conduct market research: analyze competitors, customer segments, market trends, and pricing.
- Support sales efforts: preparing sales proposals, quotes, sales reports, tracking sales metrics.
- Assist in organizing and participating in events, trade shows, or product demos (if applicable).
- Collaborate with internal teams (product development, operations, finance) to ensure alignment of marketing messages and customer needs.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; report on KPIs and suggest improvements.
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system: update data, track interactions, help ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in pricing strategy and promotional offers (under supervision).

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles (4P’s/7P’s), digital marketing channels, and sales processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a plus.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to produce quality content.
- Comfortable making calls or outreach; good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Familiarity with social media tools / platforms / analytics (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and also function well in a team.
- Good time management; ability to prioritize tasks.

- Work schedule: Full-time (5 days/week) or as per company policy
