Position: R&D Baker

Salary Range: RM 6,000 (Basic) + RM 2,000 (Monthly Performance Incentive)

Gross Salary can be up to RM 8000

Working Location: Gelang Patah (Required to relocate to KL after 3-4 months)

Company Background: Food manufacturing

Working Hours: To be discussed in interview (45 working hours per week)

Job Descriptions:

- Assist the development of new brand
- Perform the product development for bread improver, bakery premixes and ingredients for the baking industry.
- Monitor and ensure the compliance of SOP
- In charge to handle relevant costing, recipes and R&D.
- Monitor and supervise the production of bakery
- Act as the trainer to train the workers
- Travel with superior to meet clients to present the results of R&D. (Transport and hostel expenses can be reimbursed)

Job Requirements:

- At least 5 years of working experience in making bread.
- Possess own transport
- Possess a high level of integrity with good leadership and management skills
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Able to work under pressure
