Iqc Technician

1. Perform incoming part/raw materials audit by utilizing various inspection tools as per defined AQL, record audit results in checklist/form.

2. Act accordance to reaction plan when out of spec or abnormality situations found.

3. Communicate with SQE, and SC (buyer & production planner) for any rejection found during audit.

4. Align with SQE on the containment plan.

Perform system and physical hold with proper identification and segregation.

5. Maintain and update hold list. And perform cycle count periodically.

6. Support measurement for sample from new supplier qualification and/or changes by supplier.

Review FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) from supplier.

7. Create incoming part/raw material spec document by defining appropriate measurement tools.

8. Assist SQE by doing Gemba walk at selected supplier site to ensure committed CAPA implemented.

9. Propose improvement to steamline incoming inspection.

10. Ensure no calibration overdue tool used by any personnel for measurement.

11. Coordinate and be one of the GR&R assessor for selected critical measurement tools.

12. Comply with standard procedures and guidelines.

13. Identify and promptly report on Safety hazards, 6S compliance issues. Keep work areas clean and organize

14. Assist Quality Engineer/Manager in daily operations/audit.

Job Requirement

Knowledge in performing inspection using various inspection tools (caliper, micrometer, height gage, CMM, smartscope, etc)

Maintain and update incoming parts/raw material.

Able to work with cross functional team to prioritize items to be inspected and released.

MS Office (MS Excel)

3 - 4 Years Experience

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
