**Job Descriptions**:
- Conduct assessments tailored to the needs of elderly patients, identifying physical limitations and mobility challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using gentle exercise, manual therapy, and balance training to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to manage or prevent physical limitations.
- Provide guidance on fall prevention strategies and mobility aids suited for elderly care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments to reflect changing needs and goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in line with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
- Licensed and registered with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA).
- Experience working with elderly patients in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of age-related conditions and physiotherapy approaches suitable for older adults.

**Benefits**:
