Key Responsibilities:
**Purchase Role**
- Monitor stock level and place order as needed
- To assist in purchasing information, products data & pricing, suppliers Information & quotation
- Assisting in negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with budgetary constraints track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Goods received stock-in by enter order details (e.g.: vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Verifying received goods against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies with suppliers
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- To handle directly with the vendor, all correspondence concerning purchases, including price adjustments, the return of defective products, purchase order cancellations, and to present claims for shortages and damages.
- Collaborating with company branches / other departments to ensure alignment of purchasing activities with organizational objectives.
- Prepare Purchase and Inventory Control related reports
- Perform any other duties as required by management

**Warehouse Role**
- Arrange periodical Stock-take arrangement, including stock reconciliation for stock-take result and report to Shah Alam HQ
- Handling inquiries and resolving issues related to warehouse operations, such as discrepancies in inventory counts or damaged goods.
- Organizing and overseeing the arrangement of products within the warehouse for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling of goods and adherence to safety protocols.
- Help warehouse when warehouse busy (E.g.: Big incoming shipment day)

**Monitoring Role**
- Responsibility to monitor and assess the performance and attitude of store boys within the warehouse environment

Preferred experience and qualification
- At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in inventory activity, preferably within automotive industry or related end user businesses related to truck industry
- Minimum SPM, Diploma / LCCI or Higher
- Necessary technical/functional/language skills
- **Strong communication and negotiation skills**:

- Able to work independently, prioritization skill and meet deadline

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
