Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating and organizing replacements to avoid any credit notes or complaints from clients.
- Responsible to make the operations understand the important to follow the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), policy and process.
- Leading and Managing security team to ensure to have a smooth daily operational.
- Leading in pertaining the disciplinary.
- Leading in communicating with management for any issues arise at project site.
- Sharing info or knowledge to project site so the guards will be updated with evergreen news..
- Ensuring roll call are done on every morning with the operations team.
- Responsible to make the operation have awareness of their responsibility and understanding the management requirements.
- Cooperate and Ensuring the operations must follow the correct process that set by HR Department.
- Ensuring the team performance is consistent in delivering the services as expected or beyond the milestone.
- Every day as Patrolling Officer and Operation Manager must write a report and check an auditing report given by project site.
- Responsible and must well versed on all projects at site and must aware of the budget of each.
- Every issue must be tackled and solved smartly at the field only.
- Attending monthly meeting with the management to raise or getting a feedback or improvement required.
- Request payment or cash whenever required.
- Verify all payroll matter (remuneration) for operations before forward to payroll team for further execution.
- Multitask, follow all the instruction from management
