**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining and organizing various records, including sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer information.
- **Data Entry**: Inputting and updating data in computer systems and databases.
- **Document Preparation**: Creating and processing documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
- **Promotions and Displays**: Assisting in setting up displays, promotional materials, and ensuring accurate pricing.
- **Organizing Office Operations**: Managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the retail office.
- **Adhering to Policies**: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

**Requirements**:

- At least SPM holder
- Must be computer literate
- Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be willing to commit 6 days work per week
- Must be able to work on Public Holidays and weekends
- Must be able to work on both shifts 10am - 6pm and 1:30pm - 10pm

**Working Location: The Scott Garden, Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur.**

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
