Promote our products aggressively to achieve Sales budgets in the regions assigned. - Follow up on projects, any enquiries and customers aggressively and professionally. Inform RO of progress and status. Resolve any issues after consultation or assistance from RO if need be. - Aggressively promote new products & higher value added product to existing & new customers professionally. - Collect market information - competitors, new products in the market etc and pass info and proposals to RO for further actions ASAP. - Prepare and forward 100% accurate quotations to customers assisted by Mktg Administration if available. - Collect payment from respective accounts on scheduled. - Find attractive opportunities for market penetration and market development. Identify and develop new accounts. - Attend to customer complaints promptly and resolve any issues amicably to enhance excellent customer relationship. - Establish an excellent customer relationship professionally with all customers. - Submit Monthly Sales & Activities Report to RO. - Carry out Ad hoc assignments by RO & CSO diligently on the agreed time frame. - Attendance and Self-Discipline. ARI Utara Sdn Bhd was formed in 1993 and its principal activity is manufacturer of top qualities long length tiles, industrial roofing and wall cladding under the brand name of “AJIYA". ARI Utara began its manufacturing operations modestly in Sungai Petani and rapidly made in-roads into the building materials market with its innovative fabricated steel products. In 2007, ARI Utara underwent major expansion by increasing its production lines and building its own modern factory to house its manufacturing operations and head office. In 2010, a second factory was built to cater to the increasing demand for its products. The two factories have a combined build-up area of approximately 80,000 square feet. Due to increasing demand for our roofing materials, a few plants were set-up strategically located in Shah Alam (Central), Kota Bahru (East), Segamat and Senai (South) to better serve our customers throughout the country. ARI Utara expanded its mainstream activities with diversification into the manufacture of various steel products such as metal window and door frames, structural floor decking, hi-tensile galvanized purlins and architectural products which were developed by its Research and Development department. Aluminum and steel strip ceiling and metal sunshade were introduced during the year 2000. ARI Utara will continuously increase the value added content of its products through improvement in quality and research & development (R & D) activities.
