JR47906 MAM Technician

**Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Participate in the Technical Transfer and Creation of new products and process into the Manufacturing production line.
- Evaluating existing manufacturing system and ensuring the system ready to be access.
- Identifying and troubleshooting any errors in the system which may result to delays and quality issues in production.
- Ensure ClearQuest is closed correctly in timely manner.
- Directly support operations with troubleshooting and issue resolution with respect to computer and MAM systems.
- Participates in activities or training in conjunction with production line, IT, Manufacturing systems and anything that related to implementation and on-going support.
- Determining problem in the assembly / test production system and implementing improvements.
- Developing detailed layouts in the MAM system for machine, processes and workflow.
- Ensure integration between MAM system and other software to test effective automated and manual system.
- Support engineer/manager request as when required
