Mpu Lecturer

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with faculty to design, review, and update course syllabi to ensure relevance and alignment with educational standards.
- **Assessment**: Develop and administer assessments, assignments, and projects, providing timely feedback to students to support their learning and development.
- **Student Engagement**: Encourage student participation through active learning strategies and mentorship, addressing diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
- **Advising**: Provide academic advising and support to students in navigating their MPU courses and general academic pathways.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues in the department and across the university to promote interdisciplinary learning and community engagement.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: A Master’s degree or higher in Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field. Relevant teaching certifications are a plus.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with Malaysian education policies and MPU curriculum requirements.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students. Proficiency in educational technology and online teaching platforms is preferred.
- **Research Ability**: Demonstrated interest in research and scholarship in areas related to general studies or education.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
