**Responsibilities**:
1. Daily hygiene equipment and packing line monitoring.

2. Distribute tasks to senior operator, operator and general worker.

3. Monitor availability and condition of sticky mat, hand soap, hand sanitizers and tissue dispensers.

4. Receive docket and send to QC department upon request from plant manager.

5. Supervise plant startup & shutdown.

6. Request senior operator to transfer raw material from storage tank once approval is received.

7. Arrange packing material for production. Verify and confirm marking requirement and correct packing material used.

8. Request additives from QC department according to product requirement.

9. Ensure all workers follow S.O.Ps established in plant.

10. Supervise weighment of additives and verify the details in additives preparation checklist.

11. Inspect all bag filters and water filters and replace if necessary before production.

12. Check pipeline arrangement and modify according to packing machine used.

13. Transfer raw material from day tank to process tanks according to product requirement.

14. Manage blending of raw materials and additives according to product requirement provided by plant manager for production.

15. Supervise addition of additives to specified tanks and verify the details in additives addition checklist.

16. Samples arrangement for blending to be sent to QC department as per requirement.

17. Ensure each batch approval by QC department prior to packing.

18. Preparation of pallet slip.

19. Perform line flushing with product.

20. Make sure cooling temperature is reached prior to packing.

21. Monitoring and verification of carton weight, filling quantity, filling machine, metal detector, weighing scale and proper packing procedure.

22. Samples arrangement for products to be sent to QC department as per requirement.

23. Perform PE bag leak test and PE bag sealing machine condition check before production.

24. Drain balance product in reject carton.

25. Arrange Transfer of balance raw material back to storage tank

26. Perform C.I.P after production as required.

27. Provide Job Order to Maintenance department for maintenance works.

28. Implementation of company & plant’s regulation during shift.

29. Support management to achieve plant’s targets and objectives.

30. Handle the tasks of senior operator in their absence.

31. Update daily production log sheet, checklists and records.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- SPM or Diploma holder.
- 3 years of relevant work experience.
- A strong understanding of the manufacturing process.
- Capable of working independently, self-disciplined, and a strong team player.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
