i. Responsible for effective promote and sell company’s property. ii. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers. iii. Proactive assist in sales and marketing activities including road shows, property fairs and property events. iv. Liaise with financiers, solicitors and relevant authorities to complete property purchase and loan documentations. v. Provide timely reports and forecasting of sales collections. vi. To collaborate with team members on all sales strategies & plans to achieve the desirable results. vii. Travelling throughout given areas and visiting. Own transport is required.
