**Job Title**Team Lead

**Location**: Ulu Tiram, Johor

**Salary**: Follow market rate

**Responsibilities**
- Verify daily attendance, shift schedules, and overtime of team members.
- Develop inspection plans, allocate tasks reasonably among team members, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion
- Implement performance evaluations, assess team members’ performance, and propose rewards or disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate with production, R&D, and other departments to manage inspection needs and resources (e.g., urgent sample testing).
- Organize technical training (such as new standards interpretation, instrument operation guidelines) to enhance the team’s professional skills.
- Report inspection data and risks to superiors, and communicate policies and instructions to subordinates.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Diploma or above.
- Major: Science or Engineering related fields.
- Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in using basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM/OMM) is preferred.
- Work Experience: At least three years of inspection experience.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Language Ability: Basic communication skills in Chinese preferred.
- Required Competencies: Strong communication skills, positive work attitude, and sound judgment.
- Physical Requirements: age preferably between 25-35 years.
- Vision Requirements: No color blindness.
