**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Secretarial / Diploma in Admin
- Minimum 5 years experience being a Personal Assistant / Secetary to CEO
- Pleasant personality and able to keep things confidentiality
**Responsibilities**:
- Screening incoming calls for the CEO
- Perform Administrative tasks
- Handle projects closely and update the CEO
- Basic translation job (English to Mandarin) especially in Meeting minutes taking
- Prepare presentation materials and business proposals
- Confidentiality filing and documentation keeping
**Others**:

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
