Copier Technician

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least SPM / VOKASIONAL / DIPLOMA qualification (Certification in IT / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical & Electronic course will be an added advantage)
- Minimum 5 years working experience in repair and service Konica Minolta Copiers
- At least 5 years working experience in office equipment fields
- Experienced in setup and configuration MFP
- Strong computer knowledge
- Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
- Possess own transport with valid driving license
- Responsible, good attitude, & punctual to work

**Job Responsibility**:

- Troubleshoot, repair, and solve copiers issues
- Communicate with customer to understand customer problem and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform all phases of machine set-up, operation, and routine maintenance
- Perform any ad hoc task as assigned
