Qc Specialist

**ROLES OF QC SPECIALIST**:
1) Understand and monitor product manufacturing to ensure it is in compliance with SOP, GMP, HALAL, HACCP, ISO 22000.

2) Perform analytical tests, inspections, and monitoring of incoming raw materials/packaging according to sampling plan.

3) Conduct checking on final product packaging and out-going checking based on sampling plan.

4) Routinely collect retention samples and prepare external lab analysis samples when necessary.

5) Inspect plant hygiene, personal hygiene and highlight any inadequacies.

6) Immediately highlights any non-conformance of production operation, semi process and finished products to related personnel or superior for immediate corrective actions.

7) To take immediate action and able in tracing back and identify affected lots when non-conformance occur.

8) Assist to develop / improvise WI or SOP for process control / QC inspection.

9) Assist in monitoring & measuring equipment calibration.

10) Assist in pest control program.

11) Liaise with other department to continually improve existing food safety management system.

12) Assist in customer / supplier complaint.

13) Involve in internal audit, 2nd & 3rd party audits.

14) To undertake any adhoc task / project assigned by immediate superior or Management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum **1 year of working experience** in Quality Control.
- Highly adaptable, patient, organized, disciplined and is able to follow-up on tasks, good in time management and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Good in written and communication in English and Malay
- Able to work Independently, Creative & Innovative, Good Communication skills, Resourceful and Passionate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
