**Maintenance and Repairs**:

- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and servicing of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty components to ensure the smooth operation of systems.
- **Installation and Commissioning**:

- Assist in the installation of electrical and mechanical systems as per project specifications.
- Conduct system testing, commissioning, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- **System Monitoring**:

- Monitor and record system performance and operational parameters.
- Identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent system failure.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain maintenance logs and service reports.
- Report on issues and progress to supervisors or clients.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Follow safety protocols and standards during all maintenance and installation activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding system operation and maintenance.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other technicians.
- Assist in training junior technicians when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
