MARKETING
- Tender (RFQ) management and administrative.
- Costing evaluation and analysis.
- Seek out new business and increase revenue opportunities.
- Prepare, plan and manage customer airlines’ audits & visits.
- Serve as a focal contact point between company and customers, with regards to operational & contractual matters.
- Plan and execute marketing activities & campaigns.
- Efficiently maintain proper records on marketing activities, reports, data, etc.
- Conduct market intelligence, analysis and prepare reports & presentations for Management

review.
- Provide technical support and advice to Operation Departments.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing & Business Development.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Develop new business proposals that create revenue opportunities and nurture partnerships.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of company’s projects and business strategies.
- Manage proposal response process, including detailed project requirements, content creation

and inputs from stakeholders, etc.
- Negotiate prices/deals/support for proactive bids and proposals.
- Identify and respond to potential issues throughout any project assignment, to minimize

potential negative impacts, and prepares contingency plans.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for Management review.
- Organize and participate in industry networking events (authorities & stakeholders) and

engagement activities to increase brand value and awareness within the industry.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing & Business Development.

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
2. Must be confident, self-motivated, detailed oriented, organized and possess the ability to multi-task.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.
4. Additional command of language will be an added advantage.
5. Ability to manage and communicate at all levels.
6. Ability to withstand significant pressures in handling multiple work priorities, and at times
challenging interactions with customers and other stakeholders.
7. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
8. Ability to work both independently or cross functionally.
9. Embraces change, thinks creatively and willingness to learn.

**EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from recognized college or university.
2. Experience in the airline industry, especially on ground operations is a plus.
