**Role Overview**: We're seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to spearhead our marketing efforts. This role involves content writing, managing social media channels, creating engaging ad campaigns, and implementing traditional marketing strategies. You'll play a key role in increasing our brand visibility, engaging our community, and driving Local Pasar's growth.
The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and campaigns. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a forward-thinking mindset. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through a variety of marketing channels. Your work will directly contribute to the company's growth and success in a competitive landscape.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including digital and traditional channels and to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
- Manage and grow Local Pasar's social media presence, engaging with our community and promoting our mission.
- Design and oversee ad campaigns across various platforms, analyzing performance and optimizing for results.
- Collaborate with local farmers and partners to create authentic and engaging stories.
- Organize and participate in events to boost brand awareness and build community relations.
- Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines, etc.
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
- Conduct market research to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media and SEO/SEM platforms, adapting to the latest trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the company’s branding and public relation efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including analytics and ad management.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics.
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
