Marketing (Intership)

1. Market Research
- Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
- Analyzing data to identify market opportunities and customer segments.
- Preparing reports or presentations based on research findings.

2. Content Creation
- Collaborating with the design team to create visually appealing materials (e.g., infographics, social media graphics, flyers).
- Editing and proofreading content for accuracy, style, and clarity.

3. Social Media Management
- Assisting with social media strategy and posting content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Monitoring social media engagement and responding to comments or messages.
- Analyzing social media metrics to help improve future campaigns.
- Monitoring open rates, click-through rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

7. Digital Advertising
- Assisting with the management of paid digital ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Helping to track ad performance and make adjustments based on analytics.
- Researching new advertising platforms and opportunities for growth.

8. Branding and Design Support
- Helping maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Working with the design team to create promotional materials such as brochures, business cards, or banners.
- Assisting with updates to the company's website and other digital assets.

10. Administrative Support
- Assisting the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings or maintaining marketing calendars.
- Organizing and maintaining marketing databases.
- Supporting other team members in day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations.

11. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Assisting with the collection and analysis of marketing data (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Helping to create reports that evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
- Identifying trends and insights to improve future marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:
1.Minimum Diploma in Banking & Finance/ Marketing/ Engineering/ Science.
2.Strong mathematical skills plus critical thinking.
3.Passionate about environmental sustainability and renewable energy.
4.Independent, self-initiative, responsible, and committed, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, excellent presentation skills, good interpersonal skills, strong analytical mind, exemplary leadership skills and passionate desire for success.
5.High team spirit abd ability to moderate meetings/ workship with all levels.
6.Reliability and flexibility to work in a pioneer team.
7.Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
8.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite ( Excel, Ppt, Word)
9.Posses own transport and willing to travel.
