- China Expat H&S Insurance (renewal & payment & claim)
- Medical corporate rate agreement renewal (KKM, private hospitals and private clinics)
- China Expat’s yearly income tax clearance (E-filling)
- Manage probation and confirmation of employees (Executive), transfer
- Employee’s letter : Employment verification letter, Transfer letter etc.
- Employee’s Socso claim
- Handle employee’s medical examination (base on entitlement by category of employees)
- Update Job Description of all positions
- Reports (comparison of benefits by category, socso cases analysis)
- Annual Performance review (prepare, compile, filling)
- Any job/task assigned by superior
