Chinese Chef

**Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of Chinese kitchen cooking experience in the related field
- Culinary skills
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Willing to work on a split shift
- Workplace based in Langkawi

**Jobs Descriptions**
- Maintains food preparation, handling, and correct storage standards.
- Recognizes superior quality products, presentations, and flavor.
- Plans and manages food quantities and plating requirements for the restaurant.
- Assists in developing daily and seasonal menu items for the restaurant.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Follow proper handling and the right temperature of all food products.
- Plan and manage daily restaurant production needs.
- Ensuring and maintaining employees' productivity level.
- Prepares and cooks foods of all types (regularly or for special guests or functions)
- Developing specific guidance and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish daily kitchen operations work.
- Understands the impact of kitchen operations on the overall property's financial goals and objectives and manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards, and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
