**Job Overview**

We are looking for dynamic, driven, and resourceful individuals to join our **Management Trainee Program**. This program is designed to groom future leaders by providing hands-on experience across various departments such as operations, business development, project management, and customer service.

As a Management Trainee, you will gain deep insights into our business model, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and take on real responsibilities from day one.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Rotate across departments to understand full business operations and workflows
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance projects and client services
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
- Support business development and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to process optimization, reporting, and strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related fields
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
- Passion for facilities management, maintenance, and sustainability
- Ability to travel or relocate as required during training rotation

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
