Town Planner

Designing and managing various types of projects, coordination and client, other consultants, specialists, contractors, and local authority.
- Competent and able to attend meetings with clients and coordinate with other consultants.
- Good knowledge and skills on the analysis, planning & conceptual design, design development
- Capable to create a good working environment, smart thinking, good motivation and interpersonal skills
- Confer with clients, engineers, and building architects to understand a project
- Must be able to works independently or with minimum supervision, but still within a design team.
- Able to start work immediately and possess own transportation
- Good communication and writing skills (Both Bahasa Malaysia and English)
- Proficient in interpreting architecture and engineering drawings, good understanding and knowledge in town planning

Bhd. offers a full service of planning, environmental and landscape design that includes; physical planning i.e. Master Concept Plan, Detailed Planning, Urban Design, park design and residential landscape design. We also offer services of CAD for computer drawing and mapping. SAM Planners Sdn. Bhd. commitment is to meet the project and client’s requirements and at the same time creating a creative design that is sensitive to the built and natural environment.
