**Introduction to The J**ob and Company**

Marion Crepes is looking to hire full time staff for our outlet in J'S GATE DINING.We are a pioneering, F&B franchise that specializes in crepes from Japan and we would like for interested individuals to join our team.

Your salary during the probation period will start at RM 1800 and upon the completion of your first 3 months, it will then increase to RM 2000. (Your final salary will be even higher if you can work at more than one outlet. To be discussed at the interview)

- Food and beverage preparation.
- Waiting on customers, taking orders, cashier, cleaning.
- Opening and closing outlet tasks.
- Upon gaining more experience, we may ask you to place orders for materials/ingredients,as well as some basic stock checking, inventory and other matters pertaining to outlet
- You are also expected to insure that the ingredients delivered and used are fresh and the presentation and cleanliness of the shop and the products are kept at the required standards.
- We may ask you to take pictures of the products, store etc. every now and then for various uses such as quality control, social media etc.
- You may be asked to occasionally help out at promotional events outside of Lot 10when necessary.

**Desired Personal Characteristics**
- Punctual, with good time management
- Organized and detail oriented
- Observant of customers needs, good people skills and enjoys providing service to people
- Interest in food culture, trends and Japan is an added advantage
- Ability to communicate regularly and effectively with management
- Experience in service work and F&B is not necessary, but an added advantage
- Honesty in handling financial details and matters
- English is a must
- Transport : Able to commute using public transport or within a feasible transport allowance range. (To be discussed at interview)

**Requirements, Conditions and What we provide**
- Above the age of 18 years old
- Shift work (9.5 hours a day, allocated within the hours of (10:30a.m to 11:30p.m)
- Break times to be discussed but in general a 1 OR 2 hour lunch break and another short break later for full shifts).
