Multimedia Producer

**Job Summary**:
As a **Multimedia Producer** at **KyoChon Malaysia**, you will be the creative lead in producing visually compelling content that brings the KyoChon brand and products to life across digital and in-store platforms. From sizzling food videos to social media reels and festive campaign visuals, your work will play a key role in strengthening brand engagement and customer craving — while staying culturally relevant to Malaysia's diverse audience.

This role suits a detail-oriented creative professional with strong storytelling skills, a love for food, and a deep understanding of Malaysian digital trends and visual aesthetics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Production**
- Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for social media, digital campaigns, and in-store screens.
- Plan and execute shoots for menu items, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content — either solo or with vendors.
- Create motion graphics, short-form videos (e.g. TikTok/Reels), and other rich media formats that resonate with Malaysian audiences.

**Campaign & Brand Support**
- Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into engaging multimedia deliverables.
- Support festive and seasonal campaigns (Hari Raya, CNY, Merdeka, etc.) with culturally appropriate visuals and storytelling.
- Adapt global creative assets to suit local culture, language, and preferences while maintaining KyoChon’s Korean brand identity.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate with graphic designers, social media team, operations, and outlet teams for on-ground shoots or launches.
- Liaise with external vendors, freelancers, or studios when needed for larger-scale productions.

**Post-Production & Asset Management**
- Handle video editing, sound design, subtitles (BM/ENG), and colour grading for various platforms.
- Manage a library of multimedia assets for easy retrieval and reuse.
- Ensure all materials meet technical specs for digital platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube, GrabFood, etc.).

**Trend & Tech Awareness**
- Stay updated with content trends, storytelling styles, and visual formats that appeal to Malaysian foodies and digital natives.
- Suggest new content ideas or tools that can enhance visual storytelling.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Production, Film, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in video production, photography, or multimedia design (F&B or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Skilled in handling cameras, lighting setups, audio, and editing workflows.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, food styling, and storytelling.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus, especially for subtitles).

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
