**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a **Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Executive**at **PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd** **Packaging Division**(A Member Of Wilmar Group Of Companies) located in **Pasir Gudang**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Arts, Communications, Business Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- Experience in marketing or related fields will be an added advantage.

**Overall Responsibilities**

Responsible for overseeing the **distribution and delivery** of products or services to customers. Analyze **sales data and market trends** to assess sales potential, manage inventory levels, and understand customer preferences to optimize business performance.

**Responsibilities**:
**Market Research & Sales Strategy**
- Conduct **market research** to identify trends and opportunities.

**Marketing Strategy & Customer Development**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for **new and existing products**.
- Identify **potential customers** and nurture relationships.
- **Conduct customer satisfaction surveys** and provide **insightful reports** to improve service quality.

**Customer Engagement & Service**
- Liaise with customers to **understand their needs** and provide solutions.
- **Manage sales inquiries, technical issues, and quality concerns**.
- Ensure excellent **customer satisfaction** through proactive communication.

**Technical Support & Product Expertise**
- Handle **technical inquiries** related to products and processes.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve **technical challenges**.

**Sales & Business Operations**
- Prepare and submit **monthly sales reports**.
- Coordinate **order processing, packing instructions, and delivery logistics**.
- Ensure compliance with **laws, regulations, and business ethics**.

**Accounts & Payment Monitoring**
- Collaborate with the accounts team to monitor **customer payments** and follow up on overdue invoices.

**Other Duties**
- Execute **ad-hoc tasks** as assigned by the superior to support company growth.
- Engage in the implementation of management systems as necessary (e.g., HACCP, GMP, HALAL, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, RSPO).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
