**Key role and responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a sales strategy to gain new potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Promote and sell our snack food products to customers in assigned territories or accounts.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing leads, and building relationships with potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets by meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and market share expansion.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of products and meet customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide timely and accurate information to management on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our snack food products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Maintain market competency by keeping an eye on costs, competition, supply and demand.
- Motivate & coach the sales team to achieve revenue growth whilst implementing good quality sales.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Melayu, English / Mandarin (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
