**Overview of the Position**:
This role is responsible for maintaining smooth **stock room operations** including **receiving, replenishing, organizing, and overseeing inventory.** Additionally, the position supports sales transactions and provides excellent customer service at the sales counter.

**The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative**:
**Stock Room Duties (Pick & Pack)**
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately for counter or self-collection.
- Ensure all packed items are correct, undamaged, and well-presented.

**Self-Collection Service**
- Prepare and manage customer self-collection orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding collection timings and order status.
- Ensure a smooth and professional handover of items during self-collection.

**Inbound Stock Handling**
- Unload, label, and organize stock in designated areas in stock room upon stock arrival.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor immediately.

**Stock Allocation & Replenishment**
- Allocate stock systematically within the stockroom to ensure easy retrieval.
- Maintain proper stock labelling and shelf organization.
- Monitor stock levels at the stockroom regularly.
- Replenish products in stockroom.

**Inventory Management**
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks.
- Assist in monthly and yearly stock audits.
- Update inventory records and report low stock levels or excess items.

**Sales Counter Operations**
- Assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries, purchases, and general customer service.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

**To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is required.
- Proven experience in pick and pack operations, including order fulfilment and stock handling.
- Experience in loading/unloading shipments and arranging stock.
- Ability to **carry heavy cartons** and perform physical tasks as required.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
- **Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)**:

- **Working days: Monday to Friday (10am - 7pm)**
