1) Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.

2) Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)

3) Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.

4) Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.

5) Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed.

6) Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.).

7) Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.).

8) Support daily preventive maintenance

9) Plan & support yearly preventive maintenance

10) In charge overall factory maintenance activities

11) Trouble shoot machine mechanical part and electrical part

12) Setup new/existing machine wiring and trunking system.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
