**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our retail pharmacy team. In addition to assisting customers and maintaining store operations, the role includes supporting our online store and helping with basic online marketing activities to promote our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product selection
- Handle sales transactions using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and shelves
- Restock shelves and ensure attractive and accurate product displays
- Support inventory management and assist in stock checks
- Promote pharmacy services, including online shopping and health consultations
- Assist in managing the online store (product listings, order updates, basic customer queries)
- Help with online marketing tasks such as posting on social media, updating promotions, and responding to messages
- Share health tips and product updates through digital platforms (with guidance)
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail, pharmacy, or online customer service is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of social media and online selling platforms
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and familiar with basic online tools
- Energetic, reliable, and eager to learn

**Location**:
USJ 9, Subang Jaya

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Expected hours: 47 per week

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
