Minimum 5 years above related experience in handling corporate customers and with experience in supervising team members, debriefing and training
- Deliver highest standard of customer service via phone
- Handle the customers enquires regarding the airline products and services professionally.
- Ensure diligent follow up and full fill promises made to customers and agents.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and agents.
- Issue tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulation are incorporated and that the customer request is met to provide them with excellent service.
- Checking/administering airfare contracts held with airlines and issuing tickets according to the rules and conditions of the fares.
- Attend to any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma Tourism Management, proficiency in English, Malay
- Minimum 1 years above related experience in handling airline products and service
- 23 - 45 years old
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
