Legal associate is a lawyer post which they are required to meet the clients for signing of sale and purchase agreement and loan documentation. Lawyers are the one who explain the content in the agreement and also attend meeting with banks for feedbacks. Lawyer is supposed to be able to interpret the law and advise developer/ client/ bank for conveyancing matter.

**Requirements**:
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Minimum 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Able to start with short notice and work independently

Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude

Able to draft & research;
Hardworking, responsible and committed to work

Possess own transport

**Responsibilities**:
Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status reports and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time

Monitor clerks and report to Head of Office

Corresponding, attending and communicating with clients, bankers and various government bodies.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
