**About the Role**

As a **Marketing Executive**, you'll help in turning ideas into campaigns, and campaigns into results. From digital ads to brand content, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead, design team, and clients to create meaningful marketing experiences. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to experiment, unafraid to learn, and committed to growing with a team that values effort, clarity, and long-term vision.

**Who We’re Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Diploma/Bachelor’s** in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field **is a plus, not mandatory**:

- **Previous experience** in digital marketing, content creation, or campaign execution **is a plus, not mandatory**:

- **Familiar with marketing platforms** (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- **Strong written** and **verbal communication** skills in **English**:

- **Able to translate ideas into** campaign **briefs** and coordinate **content production**:

- **Data-driven mindset** with interest in tracking performance and improving strategy
- Proficient in Google Workspace (**Docs, Sheets, Slides**)

**What You’ll Be Doing | Responsibilities**
- Assist in the **development of marketing strategies** and **content calendars**:

- **Optimize content** for SEO and manage PPC campaigns (guidance provided).
- **Assist in creating** and **managing content** across platforms as needed (social media, websites, newsletters)
- **Track performance metrics** and report on campaign outcomes
- **Collaborate** with creative, design, and events teams to align on brand messaging
- **Conduct research** on industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviors
- **Organize marketing documentations & assets** like materials, decks, and reports
