**Responsibilities**:
**Detailed job duties include**:
The Junior Marketing Officer/Frontdesk will be required to **build relationships with customers and maintain a professional manner at all times.**

The Junior Marketing Officer/Frontdesk will need to be **able to work to deadlines and have excellent communication and negotiation skills**. They will be required to **meet targets** set by the company. The Telemarketer will also be required to **provide feedback to the Manager regarding customer interactions.**
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:

- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- **Contact prospective students** through outbound calls, providing them with accurate and engaging information about the college and its academic programs.
- Handle inbound calls from interested individuals, answering their inquiries and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- **Utilize persuasive communication skills to** promote the college's offerings and **convert leads into enrollments**.
- Maintain accurate records of call activities, prospective student information, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to develop targeted telemarketing strategies, improve lead generation, and increase enrollment rates.
- Continuously improve telemarketing scripts, techniques, and call-handling processes to optimize results.
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance telemarketing skills and product knowledge.
- Front counter duty assisting visitors and answering calls.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification of SPM; a diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year experience is a MUST
- Work using own laptop
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective students.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
