**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.

**Sales and Profitability**:

- Drive sales to meet or exceed store targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.
- Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal sales strategies.

**Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor store staff.
- Schedule and manage employee shifts to optimize productivity.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

**Customer Experience**:

- Ensure excellent customer service by training staff on company standards.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Create a welcoming environment to enhance the shopping experience.

**Financial Management**:

- Control expenses and manage the store budget effectively.

**Health & Safety**:

- Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using retail management software and tools.

**Educational Requirements**:

- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
