Assist the General Manager in overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's operations, including revenue growth, profitability, operations and production, quality, supply chain, workplace health and safety, compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement effective strategies and business action plans to enhance operational efficiency and optimize performance across all departments.
- Support the General Manager in maintaining technological and market leadership by deploying i4.0 technology capabilities and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Work closely with the General Manager to foster a dynamic and skilled workforce through the cultivation of a performance-driven culture, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities for employees.
- Assist in managing and controlling labour and operating costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation within budgetary constraints and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to establish and meet performance targets and objectives, providing thorough explanations and presenting viable solutions during regular business review meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent field of study
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in managerial position
- Extensive knowledge of tooling, plastic injection moulding operations and finishing processes
- Strong operational experience, including the ability to establish and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Driven and results-oriented with excellent people management and goal-oriented leadership skills
- Solid financial acumen with entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to maintaining high integrity
- Experience or familiarity with industrial or process automation
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
