Position**:Store Supervisor**

Based: KLIA 1

Industry: Fashion Retail

Salary Range: RM2,000 - RM3,000 (based on experience)
- Managing salesmen, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other personnel.
- Managing funds and creating an annual budget.
- Keeping track of expenses, sales, and staff performance.
- Evaluate stock supply and availability, as well as profit margins.
- Implementing procedures to prevent stock damage, theft, and waste.
- Monitoring shelf stock, product displays, and the overall presentation of the store.
- Investigating market trends and providing items that would appeal to consumers.
- Addressing client inquiries, comments, and concerns.
- Motivating staff to meet objectives.
- Training new employees and arranging shifts.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
