Description:
Responsible for every aspect of the body and paint process - repairs damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications, using hand tools and power tool liese with insurances agency for claim purpose.

Service Delivery
- Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Distribute work between technicians.
- Prioritize required services.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Spend quality time building relationships with the customers.
- Estimate cost of vehicle repairing

Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Automotive

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 to RM2,500.00 /month

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
