**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day body and paint operations for efficiency and superior workmanship.
- Lead and supervise a team of skilled technicians and painters, offering guidance and training.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for enhanced efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and control inventory levels of paints, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest repair and refinishing standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with customer service to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the body and paint shop, adhering to safety standards.
- Prepare reports on departmental performance and present findings to senior management.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Body and Paint Manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive body repair and paint processes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in computerized systems and software related to body and paint management.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
