Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in cooking and kitchen related tasks.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Good punctuality and attendance.
- Preparation of food and instructing/ guiding kitchen assistants with ingredients preparation, fermentation, storage
- To assist and monitor food stocks and movement.
- Inspecting supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformity with established standards
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene and food safety regulations and food quality
- Demonstrates and help maintain high levels of services
- You will be working under Central Kitchen
