**Total responsibility in managing Business Units assigned in terms of managing, organizing and planning for optimum efficiency and timely delivery of products to customers.**

**Job Responsibility**:

- To manage the SMT Line and Back-end assembly process
- Plan and organize manpower and resources to maximize the manufacturing operations efficiency and cost effectiveness especially in a High Mix Low Volume production.
- Monitor work in progress and analyze production schedules & material usage to determine the ability to meet the build plan.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate records and timely restocking.
- Able to plan and ensure meet the customers demand and on time delivery to customer.
- Implementing and enforcing quality control measures to ensure the final product meets customer and industry standards.
- Estimate labour, material and machining requirements to determine production schedules.
- Ensure that supervisors and operators are appropriately trained to carry out their daily activities that may create a significant impact to the environment.
- Interface with all levels in the organization to provide the necessary information and actions required.
- Identifying and addressing production issues or bottlenecks to maintain workflow and reduce downtime.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, including metrics on efficiency, quality, and production output.
- Work closely with other departments such as quality control and engineering to ensure smooth production operations.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum Diploma any field.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in managerial position in an Electronics Manufacturing Services Industry especially in a High Mix Low Volume production.
- Proven experience in managing a production team and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of production management, quality control, and inventory management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Pay: From RM10,000.00 per month
