_**Job Summary**_

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns while creating visually compelling designs to support brand messaging. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise and graphic design skills to deliver creative solutions that drive engagement and achieve business goals.
- **Marketing Responsibilities**:_

**Campaign Management**:

- Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to optimize results.

**Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure brand consistency.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

**Brand Management**:

- Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors as needed.
- **Design Responsibilities**:_

**Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

**Visual Branding**:

- Develop and maintain the company’s visual identity, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines.

**Multimedia Content**:

- Design and edit videos, animations, and other multimedia content for campaigns.
- Create infographics and data visualizations to communicate complex information effectively.

**Software Proficiency**:

- Able to use design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or Figma.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools.
- **Qualifications**_

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Experience in digital marketing and campaign management.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of web design tools (e.g., WordPress, HTML/CSS) is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (required)

- Bahasa (preferred)
