**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

**Requirement**:

- Must be able to converse fluently using **Cantonese and English**:

- Must be able to **read & type** in **Traditional Chinese word** **and English**:

- Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
- Preferred to have six months or more of customer service experience

**Others**:

- Work Mode : Office (UOA Business Park, Shah Alam)
- Training Duration period: 1-2 months
- Company will be provided desktop & headset
- Online Interview
- Intake in August
- Market will be served : Hong Kong & other countries with Cantonese consumers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,700.00 - RM3,900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
