Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Project Planner in developing and defining project goals and objectives.
2. Assist the Project Planner, Superior or the Management in monitoring and analysing project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.
3. Assist the Project Planner, Superior or the Management in recommending and implementing modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.
4. Assist the Project Planner, Superior or the Management in planning, coordinating and monitoring activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures, processes and systems.
5. Assist the Project Planner in educating employees on methods to ensure project continuity and completeness.
6. Assist Project Planner in developing detailed task lists and work effort assessments.
7. Assist the Project Planner in preparing short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members.
8. Assist Project Planner in overseeing schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results.
9. Assist the Project Planner in identifying changes in work scope in the project plan.
10. Assist the Project Planner in ensuring appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend the scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets.
11. Assist Project Planner in conveying required project data and information to project teams.
12. Assist Project Planner in preparing and presenting regular internal and external project reports for management.
13. Assist Project Planner in evaluating and analysing team risks and issues compromising project results and developing plans to mitigate them.
14. Assist Project Planner in leading development of baseline schedule and support Project Manager (PM) in Integrated Baseline Review (IBR).
15. Assist Project Planner in gathering actual data, updating project schedule and developing reliable schedule forecast with support from the project team.
16. To communicate and liaise with the Project Planner, Project Director, Project Manager and Managing Director every day.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: RM4,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
