**Main purpose of the role**:
Key Deliverables/KPIs:

- SOP Creation & maintenance
- SLA for ticketing
- IT Asset Inventory List
- Desktop Support (Staff & FC)

**Responsibilities**:

- 1st level of IT support. Be the main contact for user issue to troubleshoot, performs root cause analysis, implements corrective/preventive actions during and after an incident.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2 support personnel or vendor.
- Manage, follow up and assign cases from ticketing system and live chat to relevant team and ensure user support ticket closed according to SLA.
- Participate in IT asset purchasing exercise such as getting quotation, approval and follow up.
- User management for phone system including recording.
- Manage IT asset inventory list to be up to date.
- User management, including onboarding and offboarding of staff, and granting access to network drives.
- Install, configure, and maintain software, systems, networks, and printers.
- Create and maintain documentation and procedures for IT processes, including user and admin guides.
- Any other duties assigned to by the hiring manager.

**Requirements**:

- With a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT related fields
- Prior experience as an administrator for (ad) Active Directory and O365
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Strong time management skills
- Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented
- Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to work independently

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
