Accounts Clerk

We are looking for a responsible Accounts Clerk to maintain and reconcile financial records for our legal firm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issue and process quotations and invoices
- Maintaining accounts, receivable records, invoicing customers and following up on outstanding payments
- Process and review employees’ claims and payment requests
- Maintain general ledger accounts, bookkeeping and prepare journal entries as required
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepencies
- Maintain, organised and update financial records and documents
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by Supervisor
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in accounting/ finance
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Honest, responsible and meticulous
- High degree of accuracy and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail, ability to organise and prioritise tasks
- Able to start immediately
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
