Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed
- Attend to Walk-In / phone enquiries
- Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients
- Support doctors in language translation when needed
- Proper maintenance of patients’ records and drug inventory
- Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image
- Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic
- Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling patient management indicators
- Assist in coverage of other facilities when required

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma
- Experience in working with diverse group of professionals/personnel
- Frontline customer service experience is an added advantage
- Relevant work experience in healthcare industry would be an added advantage
- Willing to travel to Singapore for training/ when necessary

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
